Chirag envisaged in 2005, that growing organizations will depend on outsourcing of their IT functions to focus on their core competencies. With this foresight, Chirag started planning to launch IceNet Tech support Outsource business. He went back to the basics, learning, unlearning & relearning fundamentals of outsourcing and engineering.
